TRADITIONAL CUISINES OF KERALA

Kerala's mouth watering cuisine is mildly flavoured and gently cooked. Puttu,is one of the favourite breakfast dish. Idlis and dosas are also very popular in Kerala. During the Onam festival season opt for Onam lunch with thoren or kaalanur pachadi.Some other vegetarian dishes are -- Avial,a mixed vegetable gravy dish with coconut and yogurt. Olen, is a gravy dish made of ash gourd and dry beans with dominant flavour of coconut milk. Stew made of chicken and potatos and and fish in red chilly sauce are some of the favourite non-vegetarian dishes .......
